Welcome to “Team Bulcock.” Shelley and Jim specialize in fulfilling their clients’ dreams of owning and selling residential, recreational, and investment properties. At Team Bulcock, we recognize the importance of the decisions that our clients are making and take pride in providing you quality and expertise throughout the transaction. Superior customer service is our number one priority.

Shelley and Jim have four amazing children and one grandson.  They have really enjoyed living in Paola, Kansas for 13 years and in the surrounding area. Jim grew up in Bucyrus, Kansas and Shelley is a native of Bonner Springs, Kansas. Jim’s former career of 33 years was District Manager with Andersen Windows, Inc., serving the building industry.  Client’s included home owners, architects, residential and commercial building contractors, and business owners throughout the Midwest and the United States. Shelley and Jim met through the industry and have been happily married for 24 years.  Shelley has been a stay at home mother raising their children.  At Team Bulcock, we believe “Family” is the most important aspect of our lives.
